1. Scope

This policy covers subscription fees for AsoftechInsightz SaaS products purchased online or by invoice.

2. Subscriptions

Monthly and annual subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law or agreed in writing.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. No prorated refunds unless explicitly agreed.

4. Payment disputes

Unrecognized Razorpay charges should be reported to Enquiry@asoftechinsightz.com within 7 days with payment ID and invoice details.

5. Refund requests

Email Enquiry@asoftechinsightz.com with organization name, payment ID, and reason. Approved refunds return to the original method within 7–14 business days.
