1. Agreement
By using AsoftechInsightz products you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you act for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.
2. Services
We provide subscription SaaS for LeadEdge360, RetailEdge360, Trinetra360, and related APIs. Features may evolve; material changes will be communicated in advance.
3. Billing
Paid plans are billed in INR via Razorpay unless invoiced otherwise. Fees are due in advance for each billing cycle. Taxes apply as per law.
4. Your data
You own data you upload. We process it to deliver the service and do not sell personal data. You are responsible for lawful collection from your customers.
5. Acceptable use
No spam, unlawful content, abuse of APIs, or attempts to compromise platform security. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate per your subscription terms. Export your data before closure; we delete tenant data per the Privacy Policy.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
